Significant Class Q Approval, North Warwickshire

We are delighted to have secured a substantial consent for the creation of five new dwellings (circa 865 sq m of floor space) within two modern agricultural buildings on a farmstead in North Warwickshire.

The consent is for the maximum number of dwellings and amount of floor space that can be created on an agricultural unit utilising permitted development rights within Class Q of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. The scheme includes 4 two-bedroom dwellings as well as a single six-bedroom dwelling over two floors.
